Meet The GreenLoop Executives
Peter Wheary
President
Win‐Win. One of Peter’s guiding philosophies in life is to seek solutions where everyone benefits. From designing GreenLoop’s service offerings, to creating a work environment that fosters high employee retention and job satisfaction, to working with clients to plan IT projects that meet or exceed tactical, strategic and budgetary requirements, Peter relies on this philosophy to get the best results. “I’ve always been a problem solver. It’s what got me interested in computers in the first place, and I’ve found that looking for solutions with a win‐win strategy in mind not only brings about the best results, but I sleep well at night knowing that whatever I’ve done, I’ve done it with the best of intentions for all parties involved.”
With a love of the outdoors, Peter can sometimes be found mountain biking or skiing with his wife and two children.
Stephen Moody
Chief Technology Officer
Capable. With a background in physics and a keen interest in history, Stephen’s role as GreenLoop’s Chief Technology Officer benefits from his ability to bring diverse sources of knowledge to bear on everything from breaking down complex technology decisions for clients to resolving high‐level technical challenges. He finds that “By examining a problem from multiple angles and persistently, analytically breaking it down there few problems that can’t be solved. Plus, this approach builds a body of knowledge that yields all sorts of unexpected future dividends.”
Stephen and his wife keep busy raising two very active boys and a surprisingly calm little girl. With the remaining slivers of time he’s working on renovating his house and volunteers with his church. He roots for the Indianapolis Colts and is optimistic they’ll have a better showing this year.
Tyler Bradshaw
Director of Account Management
Partnership. With over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, Tyler has worked to build valuable and long-lasting relationships with a wide range of customers both in the Phoenix business community and abroad. “I believe that forging new relationships and strengthening old ones requires a foundation of effective communication and the alignment of goals. My passion is to work with our clients to identify a problem, find and implement the best solution and as a result, strengthen the technological backbone that the customer’s business depends on—all of that takes trust.”
When he’s not working, Tyler can be found somewhere in the great outdoors (the more remote and wild the better).
Will Hinkle
Operations Manager
Constant Improvement. Will is driven to always be moving forward—first by improving himself and then his surrounding environment. “I love to learn academically, improve technically, and just in general expand my view of the world.” Will was born and raised in Washington State and now leads our Service Team from the Phoenix office.
As a PNW native, he can usually be found as close as possible to his air conditioner trying to survive those Arizona summers.
Traci Garcia
Administrative Manager
Organized. Traci is responsible for the day‐to‐day operations and management of the office as well as being a liaison between the GreenLoop’s engineers and clients. Traci’s excellent organizational skills allow her to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently, while providing friendly, responsive customer service to GreenLoop’s clients. She is the voice our clients have become accustomed to hearing when they call the office and she takes great pride in providing them with prompt and courteous assistance.
In her spare time she enjoys attending ASU sporting events, relishing the cool weather in Show Low, AZ or just hanging with her daughter and family.

2011
We founded GreenLoop in Phoenix, AZ
With new operating ideals, a handful of loyal clients and an experienced executive team with strong core values, “GreenLoop” is launched with the aspiration of becoming the most trusted Managed Service Provider in the markets we serve.
2013
We opened our Bend, OR office
With the knowledge that our new model was a success with deep roots already established in Central Oregon, the Bend, Oregon office was a natural next step. GreenLoop is forever grateful to the High Desert Museum for taking a chance on this new operation and becoming our first client in Bend. We’re happy to say the High Desert Museum continues to be a wonderful client and we’ve been honored to be a part of helping them fulfill their mission.
2016
We acquired Central Oregon IT
Acquiring an MSP was not in the strategic plan for 2016, but a chance meeting in a shared server room between the two company’s founders set in motion a win/win solution that illustrates GreenLoop’s approach to partnership. Says GreenLoop CEO, Peter Wheary, “Other than the one client who’s server room we shared, I knew nothing about David’s client base and I didn’t care – after talking to him for 10 minutes I wanted him on our team! We were fortunate to not only gain a truly exceptional Engineer, but also a fantastic group of clients that embraced our shared core values and the additional resources GreenLoop could bring to the table.
GreenLoop expands into the Portland Market
With a labor pool growing at 6 times the national average and synergies with our client base in Bend and Phoenix (you’d be surprised), Portland became GreenLoop’s next target for expansion.
2017
GreenLoop acquires MTOWER, a respected MSP based in Phoenix, AZ
Much like the acquisition of Central Oregon IT, the MTower opportunity represented a clear win/win for both parties. A clean and profitable exit for MTower’s founder with the knowledge that his clients would be well taken care of by the GreenLoop team on one side and a wonderful group of new clients for GreenLoop and another amazing employee, our Director of Account Management, Tyler Bradshaw on the other!
2018
GreenLoop Launches Community Engagement Program
GreenLoop IT Solutions has implemented a formal community engagement program, which includes regular company-sponsored volunteer activities, as well as an employee volunteer program that allows employees to spend worktime volunteering for a non-profit organization of their choice. In 2018—the program’s inaugural year—we donated over $5,000 cash and over 100 hours of time to local non-profits in the communities we serve.
